• Space planning and layout development (sometimes includes 2D or 3D drawings).
• Budgeting and Procurement:
  • Working within the financial constraints.
  • Purchasing items and coordinating with suppliers.
• Project Management:
  • Coordinating with contractors, painters, and other tradesmen.
  • Overseeing the installation of the decor plan.
• Styling and Final Touches:
  • Arranging all elements for the maximum aesthetic effect.
  • Adding final decorative accents.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Preparing invoices and contracts.
